News in Brief 9 foreign teams set for KAVC Founders Memorial Tournament 2010  

Namboole Host Level Two Coaching Course

A Level II FIVB Coaching Course kicked off at Mandela National stadium in Kampala, Uganda on Monday in the presence of the President of Uganda Volleyball Federation Nasiwu Sadik.

The course, which is set to be held at the Khartoum Development Centre, will be run by Course Director Papageogion Athanasios from Germany with lessons being held by FIVB Instructor Tony Westman from Sweden and coordinated by Adil Ibrahim from the Sudan.

Mr. Sadik welcomed the 22 participants which include three Rwandans, three Tanzanians, two Ethiopians, two Kenyans and 12 Ugandans. He said he was happy to see the course take off with representation from neighboring countries and was equally happy with the instructor, director and cordinator for adapting to the course to the facilities in the country.

The course will run until July 31
